What is Allocator?
Allocator is AI planning software that builds the routes, schedules and shifts for a mobile workforce. You bring the work — from your ERP, a spreadsheet, or created directly in Allocator — and it returns a balanced plan for every team in seconds. It plans field service and logistics operations of any size, from five vehicles to five thousand technicians.

How does Allocator build the optimal schedules?
Allocator weighs every real constraint at once — time windows, required skills, vehicle capacity, driving distance, shift rules and contract terms — and searches for the assignment of jobs to people that satisfies them all with the least driving. The engine explores far more combinations than a planner could by hand, then returns a balanced plan in seconds rather than hours.
Can Allocator react to changes in real time?
Yes. When a job is added or cancelled, a vehicle breaks down or someone calls in sick, Allocator recalculates the affected plan immediately — a 7am sick call becomes a reshuffled day by 7:05. Field workers see their updated stops on their phone as soon as the change lands, and dispatchers can approve, drag or override anything first.
Does Allocator integrate with our existing ERP or field service system?
Yes, and the sync runs both ways: jobs, customers and hours move between Allocator and the system you already run, so there is no double entry and nothing to rip out. Connectors exist for AVUX, Likeit, Admicom, Allteq, Reslink and Abacus, with a documented REST API and webhooks for everything else. No ERP? Upload a spreadsheet instead.
How long does rollout take?
It depends almost entirely on how your work reaches Allocator. Importing a spreadsheet or entering jobs directly means you can plan on day one; a two-way ERP integration is the long pole and is scoped per system. Either way you start with one team or region, confirm the plans look right, then widen. We give a concrete schedule after the demo.
Do our drivers and technicians need to learn a new app?
They get one mobile view of their own day: stops in order, times, addresses, job details and navigation in a tap. There is nothing to plan and nothing to file, and the list updates itself when the plan changes. Crews typically need a short introduction rather than training. Dispatching and planning stay in the browser, with the people who do them.
What kinds of operations is Allocator a good fit for?
Allocator suits any operation where people or vehicles move between jobs: multi-stop delivery and transport, scheduled and reactive maintenance, installation projects with short jobs in between, and recurring cleaning contracts. The common pattern is a daily or weekly plan with real constraints — time windows, skills, capacity, travel — that somebody currently assembles by hand.
Does Allocator work for small fleets, or only large operations?
Both. The same engine plans five vehicles and five thousand technicians, and plans recompute in seconds either way. Smaller operations often notice the change most, because planning is usually one person squeezing it between other work. You need neither an ERP nor a dispatch centre to start — a spreadsheet of this week’s jobs is enough.
How is Allocator priced?
The standard package is €25 per calendar per month — deployed in 1–2 days, with the field workers' mobile app and three hours of onboarding support included. Operations beyond 100 calendars, or with requirements of their own — ERP integrations, SLA, multiple sites — are quoted individually with volume pricing. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Where is our data stored, and how is it protected?
Your data is hosted in the EU. Access is role-based, so dispatchers, drivers, planners and admins each see only what they need; data is encrypted and changes are recorded in a full audit trail. Your team signs in with the company account it already has through single sign-on, so there are no extra passwords to manage.
Can we try Allocator before committing?
