We developed a tailor-made recommendation algorithm for Ametro.

The goal of the AI was to identify permanent schedule adjustments for recurring cleaning tasks, enabling both step-by-step optimization of timetables and a reduction in unnecessary travel between sites. Dynamik Allocator’s AI combined route and schedule planning so that each customer could be assigned the most optimal cleaning time and their own dedicated cleaning pair.

 

In addition, a company the size of Ametro receives several new customers every week. For each of them, the best possible cleaning time must be found, taking into account the customer’s wishes, employees’ calendars and the location of other work. Together with Ametro, we developed a solution where Allocator’s AI takes into account the customer’s preferences and available resources and suggests the best possible cleaning time and pair to the customer service representative in real time.
